We are registered with the Office Of Fair Trading under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 and adhere to their rules and regulations.

The information you provide on the enquiry form will only be used by 0 bad credit loans and its Brokers for the purpose of loan application. It will not be passed on to any other third parties. The data is held safe in an off-site database that is secure. We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.
